About the event
Far and Wide will be launched by Nicholas Hasluck AM, novelist, poet, historian and former Supreme Court Judge. Nicholas has said of the book: “The recurrent theme of a newcomer or loner facing the mysteries of landscape and human behaviour in remote places…is to be found also in the works of…Ewers, Vickers, Cowan, Stuart, Stow and others.”
Far and Wide contains illustrations throughout and the Foreword is by Professor Clive Barstow, Dean of Arts & Humanities, Edith Cowan Uni.
